He is the Founder and Managing Director of the company . He holds a Master degree in Arts from U.P. Mr Umesh brings with him over decades of varied work experience in the Banking and financial services . The last stinct was with HDB financial services Ltd and have been a proprietor of Astitva Finance Hub for almost 8 years . With the experience of a total of 20 years have started this organisation . He is a very down to earth person and has started the careers from Farming to Financial expert which is one of the biggest turnaround for him. So to take the company to the new heights he has upgraded this to a Pvt limited entity to focus more on the growth part . He beliees that if any talent is nurtured properly then it could be changed to a good productive excellence. Mr Umesh being a founder has been involved in all the company decisions.
Mrs Vibha Umesh Tiwari
She is the Co-Founder and Director of the company . She holds a Master degree in commerce from M.P. Mrs Vibha Tiwari brings with her over decades of varied work experience from handling the telemarketing and retention dept in the just dial for 9 years . Have managed the Banking and financial services in Retail loans in the proprietor ship entity name Astitva finance Hub for 5 years . Total experience of a total of 14 years put together. She is a very hard working and have worked in the challenging atmosphere and herself proven at multiple intervals. She believes that if any person is becoming responsible and guided properly could turn the career in terms of personal and financial growth. Mrs. Vibha Tiwari being a founder and major stake holder herself has been involved in all the company decisions and day to day activities.
Ramashray Rajendra Prajapati
Ramashray Rajendra Prajapati is an Director and C.E.O of the Astitva Wealth Solutions Pvt Ltd. since 2025. Having Bachelor Degree in Physics from Mumbai University in the year 2002 and done International MBA from Ulyanovsk State University (Russia) in the year 2012 Qualified of rich experience in the field of Banking Finance , Marketing and Management. Has served as a Vice President & Regional Head and State Head in Multiple organizations . Have also handled multiple various tasks required in establishing the footprint of the organisation in the Mumbai Maharashtra and Pan india basis for New NBFC and aggregator for the all types of Retail loans product.
